The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facade systems, including metalwork, SFS, rainscreen, and windows. They will be responsible for managing 3-4 live projects simultaneously, overseeing the successful delivery of metalwork, SFS, rainscreen, and window packages. The candidate will also lead a team of in-house design professionals, ensuring seamless coordination between design and project delivery.

We require an individual with excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are also essential to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors. The ability to lead and motivate a team, while working independently when required, is crucial.
