Job Title: Executive ChefWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Hutton Manor Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen, including inventory, budgeting, and menu planning
- Supervise and train Kitchen Staff members in food preparation and hygiene procedures
- Maintain accurate records of food supplies, temperatures, and maintenance schedules
- Implement health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with Food Standards regulations
