Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the C-suite team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the firm's success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising complex travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics;
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings, collaborating with the investor relations team to coordinate board attendance and other events;
  • Preparing documents, formatting, and typing reports with precision;
  • Coordinating projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and providing timely updates;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as an EA in a similar role supporting senior level executives;
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask under pressure;
  • Professional skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with discretion and tact;
  • A flexible approach, available to support out-of-hours when needed;
