We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Héroux-Devtek. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing our contracts with major global aerospace primes.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain a thorough understanding of contractual relationships and current business relationships with designated customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the customer and organise review meetings accordingly.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare associated proposals.
- Draft and negotiate contracts to support new business opportunities or contractual changes.
- Manage routine order intake, including contract review.
- Measure and monitor the overall performance of the programme and manage key performance indicators.
- Create and deploy recovery plans if required.
- Communicate improvement opportunities and inefficiencies to senior management.
- Resolve disputes with the customer and manage customer complaints and comments.
- Ensure compliance with HD-UK's export control policies.
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- APM Qualification or equivalent.
- Literacy in contractual, financial, and project management issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of MRP systems.
- Experience in a similar role is appreciated.
