Residential Treatment Manager

About the Role
The Residential Treatment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Home from Home program. This includes ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff during their appointed shifts, representing Agency administration in their absence.
A high level of comfort when dealing with young males and strong role-modeling skills are required. The successful candidate will supervise up to five shifts per week, maintaining the security of the program, its residents, and staff.
Responsibilities include providing individual supervision for as many as three childcare workers each week, as well as on-floor training and supervision for as many as five childcare staff including Assistant Supervisors.
A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and residential treatment experience is a must. Available shifts will be discussed during the hiring process.
