Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum
  • Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
