Job Title: Senior Room Leader

Job Summary:
Goldilocks Day Nursery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient daily routine
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a day nursery
• A sound knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and experience of planning and delivering activities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A full and relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification
