Coffee is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a talented Beverage Expert to join our team as a part-time Barista. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting perfect cups and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Beverage Expert, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food to our customers
  • Keeping the bar area clean and tidy
  • Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
  • Checking if brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of brewing methods and beverage blends
