Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers at our registered complex care services in Pickering. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering specialized care services to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring that all needs are met with the highest level of quality and compassion.
About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be responsible for a range of tasks dependent on the individual's needs, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
- Assistance with mobility and daily living activities
- Accompanying individuals to activities and outings
We have a fantastic training program that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role. We are looking for individuals with a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
