As a Senior Sales Manager at Hotel Chocolat, you will lead a successful team in one of our new stores opening this year. You will be responsible for driving store sales and profit plan to meet performance goals through effective communication of HC vision and values.

About the Role
  • You will provide excellent leadership to inspire, coach and develop your team members to achieve their performance goals.
  • Driving store sales and profit plan to maximise performance and exceed sales targets and KPIs through clear communication to your team.

We estimate that this role will attract an annual salary of £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including 50% off our products and incentives based on performance.
