We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Production team as a Plant Machinery Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our machinery is cleaned to a high standard, adhering to company procedures and safety requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Production Supervisor to maintain a clean and efficient working environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in achieving our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean machinery to a high standard using a combination of vibration tools, scrapers, and hammers.
  • Ensure machines are efficiently cleaned in line with Production times, following Company procedures and safety requirements.
  • Access and egress to confined spaces may be required, such as hoppers and mixers.
  • May involve working at height and the use of safety harness and fall arrest.
  • Empty bins using a Forklift (full training will be provided).
  • Accurately complete Pre-used Forklift checks and OBBI checks via Tobermore Tablet.
  • Accurately complete the Cleaning Procedure and checklist at the start and end of shift.

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress.
  • Team player.
  • Positive outlook.
  • IT literate.
  • Very well organized person.
  • Self-motivated.
