We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our successful factory and distribution operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and setting the production standard in your area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of operations and production in your area, on your shift.
  • Deliver the operational plan and empower your team to drive production performance.
  • Lead your team to achieve best-in-class quality, safety, people, and production performance.
  • Ensure delivery of Great Quality, In Time, In Full every time.
  • Lead and coach teams to deliver great results, recognizing and nurturing talent.
  • Create a positive environment on the shop floor, encouraging operators to monitor machine performance, collect data, and generate ideas.
  • Develop peer relationships across the operation to drive operational performance and continuity.
  • Be authentic to inspire great performance and create trust.
  • Manage individual performance through regular discussions on performance, career, and development.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable track record in a production frontline management role with a strong emphasis on leading, motivating, and developing people.
  • Experience within a similar manufacturing environment with proven results in all areas of the scorecard.
  • Ideally, experience in food and drink, FMCG, packaging, or process background; high-volume continuous manufacturing or fast-moving warehouse/logistics environment.
  • A clear career development and progression plan are available.
