Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Sales Professional to join our team in Wrexham. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Generating New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Database Management: Maintain and enhance our prospect database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets and support the growth of our business.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 6 months' experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
