About the Role:

As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. You will start your day from home and dispatch to area financial institution locations, using a company vehicle, phone, and gas card for mobile positions. The region covered will be the Greater Boston Area, and candidates can reside anywhere in that region.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment. Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. MA Refrigeration License is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for the Mobile HVAC Tech position is $36.00 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Mobile HVAC Tech position is $44.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
