About the JobThis full-time position involves driving clients to various locations, ensuring their safe transportation and well-being. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting any incidents or concerns, and upholding high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Transport clients to appointments, events, and social activities
- Maintain accurate records of client movements and interactions
- Report any incidents or concerns to management
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Driving License and have access to a reliable vehicle. Additionally, you should have a BRP and Right to Work documentation, as well as share code and National Insurance numbers. A valid DBS certificate and training certificates (including mandatory certifications) are also essential. English language proficiency is required for non-British individuals, and a decent photo ID is necessary for profile purposes.
Working ArrangementsThis role requires a flexible approach to working hours, with regular shifts and occasional evenings/weekends. You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential opportunities for overtime.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Other benefits include pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
