We are seeking a Social Media Executive to join our rapidly growing Digital & Creative team, driving the day-to-day running of our company and client social media accounts. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with great organization skills and a creative thinker who wants to develop skills within social media management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop social media content ideation for multiple client accounts (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Publish and schedule social media content for multiple client accounts
  • Manage and engage with online communities
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates
  • Contribute to content calendar creation
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics
  • Maintain brand style and values in content
  • Opportunity for light content creation on event, filming, and basic editing
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of social media experience in a coordinator or executive role, ideally in an agency setting
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with all social media channels (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong awareness of global and in-market social media trends
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the media landscape
  • Excellent English language and writing skills
  • Willingness to work on weekends according to the motorsport calendar (time is given in lieu for each weekend day worked)
  • Willingness to travel according to client needs and annual calendar of sporting events
  • Experience working on sporting events with content production and coordination on-event
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with talent and other major stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience using social media analytics software
