Join Our Team as a Labourer

Institute of the Motor Industry. limited is seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team in Crewe. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the success of our projects.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will assist project managers and site supervisors with on-site tasks, including manual handling, equipment operation, and maintenance. They will also participate in team meetings and discussions to maintain open communication.

Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in construction or labour-intensive roles is beneficial but not essential.
  2. The ability to lift heavy objects and handle physically demanding tasks is required.
  3. Candidates must be willing to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
  4. A basic knowledge of hand and power tools is desirable.
  5. An FLT Counterbalance license would be advantageous, although it's not mandatory.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute paid lunch break.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
