Locum Dentist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Dentist to join our dental practice in Hartlepool, County Durham. As a Locum Dentist, you will be responsible for managing an established patient list and providing high-quality dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an established patient list and provide routine dental care
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced Dental Therapist and Treatment Coordinator to maximize clinical time
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our practice's clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) with an active Performer Number
  • Recent DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
