Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Business Consultant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our Global Client Success team at Ebiquity. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing projects, and developing best practices for the function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Revenue Growth:

• Support the Client Partner in managing and driving relationships with key client stakeholders across a portfolio of clients.

• Develop and maintain account plans for all clients within your portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely record keeping.

• Provide the right information to enable the steering of accounts, using Salesforce and other defined processes.

2. Project Management:

• Manage project delivery across specialisms and other business units, ensuring quality control of output.

• Establish and maintain governance arrangements for project delivery, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.

• Conduct regular progress reviews, capturing and raising any risks or issues affecting the project.

3. Best Practice:

• Contribute towards creating a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.

• Support in the retention and attraction of Client Success talent.

• Build strong internal relationships with specialism stakeholders and functional service line stakeholders.

Key Measures:

• Client revenue and growth

• Client satisfaction and retention

• Positive feedback from project stakeholders

• Billability and productivity

• Relevance and actionability of account plans

• Personal learning/development achievement

• Broader Ebiquity Client Success with account (internal survey to be established)

• Accuracy and timeliness of record keeping / internal system management

Requirements:

• Experienced media professional with a deep understanding of the media planning, trading, and consulting industry

• Global and international outlook

• Experience in project managing marketing, media, auditing, consultancy, or similar projects

• Strong project management platform (e.g., Asana), Salesforce, and MS Office skills

• Ability to operate with key stakeholders within a matrix organisation

• Demonstrable interest in consultative-selling; long-term Client Success strategies and relationship-based client management

• Strong relationship-builder/maintainer, high level of communication skills (both written and oral), advisory/consulting skills
