Field Service Engineer - Forklift Trucks

£28,000 - £37,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Pension + Benefits + Door to Door Travel

A leading supplier of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment is seeking an experienced field service engineer to join their team.

As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Service, maintenance, and repairs of a wide range of materials handling equipment
  • Travelling to new and existing customer sites, serving a variety of industries
  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections and occasional testing of equipment
  • Diagnose faults and repair forklift trucks, powered access equipment, warehouse equipment, and more

Key Requirements:

  • Forklift engineering experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience with LOLER inspections (desirable)
  • Experience with Hydraulics (essential)

Benefits Package:

  • £32,000-£37,000 basic salary
  • Company Van and Fuel Card
  • Overtime paid on top and Door to Door Travel, 39-hour working week
