About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Principal at Great Yarmouth Primary Academy. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and goals of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Principal, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the achievement of the academy's vision and goals.
  • Leading on ensuring the highest possible educational standards across Key Stage 2.

About You:

We are looking for an exceptional leader who has a proven track record of impact and high performance, ideally against whole-school priorities. You will have experience of effective middle leadership, strong classroom teaching and primary experience, and good stakeholder engagement and management skills.
