{"h3": "About the Role", "p": "We are seeking a talented Brand Strategist to join our team at MTM Agency. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Your primary focus will be on conducting research and analysis to understand audience perceptions and behavior, and to define a company\u2019s brand positioning. You will also collaborate with our account management and creative teams to create and implement marketing plans, using creative vision to develop customer experiences, brand materials, and consistency of message across all online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities include running workshops and managing research to assess brands\u2019 position in their markets, conducting competitive research to identify brand strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating with the wider agency teams to create differentiation communications strategies to position/re-position brands.

**Essential Skills**


• Experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing

• Portfolio of branding programmes you have managed

• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

• Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation

• Data-driven thinking

• Creativity

• Communication and writing skills

• BSc/MSc in Marketing or relevant field
