Language Support Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality language support services to healthcare professionals and patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleAs a member of our Interpretation and Translation team, you will be responsible for delivering confidential, efficient, and effective language support services on a sessional basis.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure seamless communication and provide exceptional customer service.
Your primary focus will be on providing accurate and timely interpretation services, using technology such as the Zipporah Interpreter Booking System to manage bookings and record interactions.

- Use technology to manage bookings and record interactions
- Maintain good working relationships with staff, patients, and agencies
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret complex information accurately.
A competitive salary of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum (pro-rata) awaits the successful candidate.
