Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience supporting post-16 students is essential.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education (desired but not required).
  • Personality: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and exhibit patience and empathy.
