We are searching for a skilled House Building Project Lead to join our team at Skilled Careers in Dartford. This challenging role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, as well as additional perks like car allowance, pension, healthcare, and 25 days annual leave.

We require an experienced construction professional with a minimum of 5 years of Traditional Build Site Management experience. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Housing and Flats construction, be able to create and distribute short-term programmes, and host weekly subcontract meetings.

This role involves managing subcontractors, monitoring programme compliance, and attending client meetings. To be successful, you will need a Construction related Degree, relevant certifications, and a valid driving license.
