Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and completing repairs and special projects in occupied and empty properties.
  • Utilising skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and decorating to maintain the quality of our homes.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Trades qualification (highlighted on your CV at application stage).
  • Sound knowledge of site safety and safe working practices.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer:

  • Basic Salary of £36,664 per annum.
  • Performance bonus of up to £5,000 per annum.
