The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy, marketing tactics, and sales approach that drives growth and success in your area. You'll have the autonomy to work independently, with the support of Nested's marketing team and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local marketing strategy to attract and retain clients
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including vendors, buyers, and other agents
- Manage and grow a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in residential property sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong marketing and sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute a local strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance
