Travel Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Search, a leading award-winning Travel company based in Bognor Regis. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling travel and Coach Tour bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, handling initial enquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle calls from both direct clients and travel agents, providing expert advice and guidance on Coach Tours, holidays, day excursions, and cruises.
  • Support customers with reporting and ensure they are well-informed throughout their journey.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of Coach Tours, holidays, and customer service.
  • Preferred experience in selling cruising and Worldwide tailor-made holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Confident in using Microsoft applications and able to work independently and as part of a team.
