About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transformation Support Assistant to join our team at NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our Transformation Support Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of successful projects and programmes to deliver services that meet the needs of our local population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings and presentations
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Update project delivery plans
  • Monitor and escalate risks and issues across programmes and projects
  • Support the Programme and/or Project Manager with general organizational tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in an administrative role, ideally in a project or programme environment
  • Ability to work at pace to deadlines and be adept at problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
