Gamekeeper Position

Job Title: Headkeeper

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Headkeeper to join our team at J.M. Osborne Rural & Sporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and maintain a high-quality pheasant and partridge shoot in a beautiful and quiet part of North Yorkshire
* Oversee the daily operations of the shoot, ensuring the highest standards of game management and conservation
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for improving game populations and habitats
* Provide expert guidance and training to junior keepers

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a Headkeeper or similar role
* Excellent knowledge of game management and conservation practices
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
