About the Role

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in our partner schools across Lewes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT STUDENTS WITH THEIR LEARNING NEEDS: Assist students with their educational goals, providing individualized support and guidance to help them overcome challenges.
  • WORK IN PARTNER SCHOOLS: Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT: Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, helping students build confidence and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field.
  • Prior EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION: Demonstrated experience working with students with varying learning needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
