Pharmacy Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Services Building Co-ordinator to join our team at Ahold Delhaize USA. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmacy industry, including Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Health Plan Sponsors, and Large Employer Groups.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement managed care contracting strategies to deliver against brand strategies and financial objectives.
- Lead a team responsible for payer contracting activities, including contract financial analysis, negotiations, network targeting, contract management, and performance management.
- Provide guidance to brand pharmacies on governmental payer program compliance standards.
- Lead periodic analysis of clinical and customer-facing programs deployed by brand pharmacies, assessing their economic viability and performance impact.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of contract negotiation experience.
- Ability to lead executive-level presentations.
- Strong change management skills with the ability to guide teams through transitions and implement new processes.
Ahold Delhaize USA offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, and Scarborough.
