Full Time Small Animal Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of veterinary professionals in providing exceptional care to our animal patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical care, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and promoting a culture of growth and excellence among the clinical staff.

This is a full-time position with a 4-day week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of clinical care and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Lead and develop the clinical team, promoting a culture of growth and excellence
  • Collaborate with the local team to provide access to a range of resources, including CT, MRI, and certificate holders
  • Contribute to the development of the support teams, fostering professional growth and career progression
