This is a fantastic chance to work on significant infrastructure projects with career progression potential. You will oversee highway maintenance projects, manage teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations on highways maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Take accurate site measurements for project documentation and reporting.
  • Manage the daily ordering of materials and plant equipment to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Conduct site inspections and inductions before work commences, ensuring all team members are briefed on safety and project requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly cost and value reports, tracking project progress and financial performance.

Salary and Contract Details:
The salary for this role is £36,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience). The contract type is Temporary to Permanent. You will be based at Stroudwater Depot in Gloucestershire.
