Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited is seeking a talented Maintenance Project Manager to join their team in Shropshire. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting projects to improve plant health and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in project management, contractor control, and installation. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to deliver right-first-time projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving plant efficiency and reducing waste. You will work closely with the maintenance facilities team to promote company HSE policies and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and generous annual leave allowance.
