IT Procurement Manager - Global Telecoms Company

Are you an experienced IT procurement professional looking to take on a new challenge? As an IT procurement manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on major projects that support the cutting-edge technology powering the telecoms industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure procurement.
  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand IT procurement needs and align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Deliver cost savings and value by identifying opportunities for improvement across IT procurement processes.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in the procurement function.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in IT procurement, with a focus on hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure categories.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organisation with complex procurement needs.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive the best commercial outcomes.
