About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Ecology Consultant to join our team as a Senior / Principal Ecologist. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be involved in delivering protected species surveys and biodiversity net gain (BNG) services to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct protected species surveys and ecological assessments for clients.
  • Develop and implement biodiversity net gain strategies for clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UK ecology consultancy, conducting protected species surveys and ecological assessments.
  • Hold one or more protected species licenses (bats preferred).
  • Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Fully qualified driving license.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK, based in Devon, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, London, Essex, Lancashire, Midlands, or Yorkshire.
