Senior Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Execution: Manage the operational execution of services provided by the internal Construction Project team, ensuring timely completion of project tasks in line with agreed pre-start dates and capital activity reports.
  • Team Management: Direct and control a team of 3 Project Specialists and Coordinators, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Financial Management: Process associated invoices to ensure payment to contractors within contractual terms, monitoring capital contributions and raising invoices to landlords across all markets.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the workload of the Construction Project team, ensuring all project tasks are performed in line with agreed pre-start dates and capital activity reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Project Management: Experience of high-value budget management, analytical mindset, and the ability to use data to drive continuous improvement and measure success.
  • Leadership: Strong coaching skills with the ability to develop early-stage career and challenge and develop tenured associates.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, and use of Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
