About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychiatric Consultant to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert psychiatric care and treatment to our patients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess referrals and undertake mental state examinations of service users.
  • Undertake appropriate investigations, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Participate in ward rounds and clinical audits.
Requirements
  • Fully GMC registered and MBBS (or equivalent) qualified.
  • Registered on the specialist register (CCT/CESR), Section 12 and AC Status.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in adult psychiatry and mental health diagnosis.

Salary up to £160,000 per annum (depending on experience).
