About the Job:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To internal verify the quality of apprenticeship training in Health and Social Care up to Level 5, meeting relevant national occupational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with expert assessors in Health and Social Care, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality improvement strategies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner achievements, monitoring progress and updating sampling plans accordingly.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive annual salary ranging between £38,000 - £50,000 based on experience and qualifications.
