Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
As a Reception Ambassador at Ashridge House, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve greeting guests, checking them in and out, and ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, as well as communicating effectively across all departments to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to understand and meet the needs of our guests, as well as maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
