After School and Holiday Program Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Childcare Team Leader to manage our After School and Holiday Club activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, providing high-quality care and entertainment for children, and building strong relationships with parents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise, and deliver engaging activities for children aged 5-11
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery
• Lead a team of qualified childcare professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes for children
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development theories, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences for children. A valid first aid certification and DBS clearance are also required for this position.
