Job Description:

This role involves working as an AI Machinery Setter in our production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for changing over and setting up AI machinery, ensuring correct build standards are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Changeover and setup of AI machinery
  • Quality control to IPC model standard
  • Meet 15 minutes target time for every change-over
  • Complete 1st off checks, ensuring polarity and description to customer drawings
  • Perform hourly PPM checks to reduce spit out
  • Upkeep of machines in line with the maintenance plan
  • Ensure department KPI are achieved
Requirements:
  • Upkeep and Daily Maintenance of Machinery
  • Quality control to IPC model standard
  • Minor breakdown and feeder maintenance
  • Assist engineers on major breakdowns and departmental maintenance
  • First off checks
  • Cover for operators (short term)
  • Paperwork and housekeeping
  • ESD requirements
  • Company operating values and compliance procedures
  • Security of secure products
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is £31,200 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
