We are seeking a highly skilled Maritime Disputes Support Specialist to join our esteemed team at Strictly Recruitment. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Partners and Associates, ensuring the smooth operation of our Maritime Disputes department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Coordinating business development activities to drive growth and success
  • Arranging global travel and accommodation for Partners and Associates
  • Providing administrative support for pitches, presentations, and events
  • Preparing accurate financial documents and assisting with debt recovery
  • Maintaining up-to-date client contact lists and responding to correspondence in a timely manner

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, private health insurance, and annual leave purchase options.
