We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at our Children's Residential home in Wembley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of children with Emotional Behavioural disorder.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Home Manager in undertaking key responsibilities and take on management of the home in their absence.
- Provide leadership and management of the home, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, and company policies.
- Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of resident young people.
- Contribute to the planning and development of the group and provide management support to other areas of the service.
- Maintain occupancy levels and work towards achieving a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.
- NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Driving Licence essential.
- Salary £37k depending on experience.
- Free parking.
- On-site parking.
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
- Night shift.
- Overtime.
- Weekend availability.
