Account Acquisition Manager

Growth Opportunities:
">We are seeking an experienced Account Acquisition Manager to play a key role in driving growth and expansion within the mid-market sector. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential B2B clients, contributing to building a robust sales pipeline and fostering relationships with target accounts.
">With a competitive package of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme that can exceed £10,000 OTE, you will also receive stock options and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
">Technical Skills:
">You will be expected to have proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, with strong communication skills and a fast-thinking, fast-executing attitude. Experience in tech-focused sales or lead generation would be advantageous, as would familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing strategies.
">Leadership Style:
">We are looking for a leader who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent. You will be responsible for setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives/senior leaders and preparing weekly reports to track your progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
">Collaboration:
">You will have the flexibility to work remotely and connect with the team occasionally at our shared office space near the heart of London's tech scene. This will provide you with a great work-life balance and allow you to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
