Warehouse Compliance Coordinator

This role involves ensuring accurate warehouse administration, up-to-date inventory, and adherence to warehouse procedures. The successful candidate will work with the Warehouse Supervisor and Team Leader to ensure that all warehouse administration tasks are completed accurately, inventory is updated, and warehouse procedures are followed.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Update Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Collate/cross check pick notes and report any incomplete picks: Identify and rectify any discrepancies in pick notes to prevent errors.
- Management of order sheet, creation of pick notes: Coordinate the ordering process and create pick notes to facilitate smooth delivery.
- Collation of departmental Metrics: Analyze and report on departmental metrics to inform business decisions.
- Forecast consolidation and replenishment reports: Generate reports to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
- Action and respond to emails: Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email.
- Spot-check accuracy of completed orders: Verify the accuracy of completed orders to ensure quality.
- Quality control check orders: Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Ensure pick notes are completed with the required information: Ensure that pick notes are comprehensive and accurate.
- Record Non-conformances & log errors: Document non-conformances and errors to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all orders are completed: Oversee the completion of all orders to meet customer expectations.
- Complete sporadic free rack checks, ensuring location and inventory accuracy: Perform random checks to verify inventory accuracy and location.
- Check and count high priority SKU's – investigate any discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in high-priority SKUs.
- Assist and action stock-stake preparation: Assist in preparing stock for stake.
- Spot-check locations: Conduct spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy and organization.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
