Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer contact to achieve business aims/targets.
  • Implement marketing strategy and contribute to its development in line with business and market requirements.
  • Meet with customers to assess their requirements and be familiar with legislative and quality standard requirements for monitoring systems and equipment, such as ISO 14644.
  • Demonstrate critical monitoring software and alarm systems, including the AeroTrak handheld and portable airborne particle counter range, and the BioTrak real-time viable particle counter.
  • Liaise with Integration & Installation engineers on system orders for effective hand-over to the project delivery team.
  • Support and maintain customer contact post-delivery to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.
  • Work with the Commercial Team and Technical Engineers to identify potential new products.
  • Follow-up on external and internal sales leads/opportunities.
Requirements
  • Cleanroom, Pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industry experience.
  • Experience selling systems with software and hardware components.
  • Working knowledge of clean spaces, cleanroom design, and operation.
  • Participation in industry associations such as ISPE, PDA, PHSS.
  • Degree or HND in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Driving license for UK, ROI, and overseas client sites (as required).
  • Formal sales training in complex selling environments.
