Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at SPAR Mallusk. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders, including keyholder duties
  • Be a positive role model and represent our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork, and Integrity
  • Train and manage the workload of the team, ensuring the right resources are in place to deliver the best customer experience
  • Support the Store Manager to maximize store performance, including understanding and implementing the store plan and priorities
  • Actively promote and get involved in initiatives to support the local community
Requirements
  • Previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level leading a team of people in a customer-focused environment
  • Natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members
  • Target driven to help the store achieve its business plans and priorities
  • Ability to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer
