About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Marketing Director to join our team at Private Equity Insights in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, setting clear goals and expectations while evaluating team performance regularly.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with outstanding performance in the industry.
  • A relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what they do, with a high sense of urgency.
  • An unparalleled work ethic, taking ownership of everything they do, proactive and following through on commitments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to structure and prioritize their work effectively.
